Tax bills are mailed annually during the last week of June so customers have them for July l5th. They are payable by July 31st and are delinquent after August 1st.
Water and sewer bills were previously billed semi-annually in April and October. Beginning October 1, 2020, water and sewer use charges will be billed quarterly in October, January, April and July.
Water and sewer bills are payable by October 31st, January 31st, April 30th and July 31st.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of this transition, the October 1, 2020 bill will reflect water and sewer use for 5 months. Afterwards, all water & sewer bills will reflect 3 months usage only.
